SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Delanii purchase, therefore for any reason you wish to return your order, we are happy to issue you with a store credit or exchange which has no expiry date. We do not offer refunds for any purchase unless the items received are faulty.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 21 days (30 days internationally). Once the return is received, please expect up to 3-5 business days to process your return into an exchange or store credit.

Garments that are found to be worn, washed or altered will be refused.

*Please note customers are to cover the cost of the return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

 

Email info@delaniithelabel.com.au to organise your return. Please include the following details in your email to us:

1. Order number
2. The product you wish to return
3. Reason for return
4. If you would like an exchange or store credit

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to get back to you regarding your return. Once approved we will supply our returns address. Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure it reaches us safely.

If you have received a faulty item, please email us at info@delaniithelabel.com.au with supporting imagery and we will advise on how to proceed. 

 

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made.

As we are an Australian based brand and you are buying from an Australian Company, you will be charged for your order in Australian Dollars. Any orders placed from outside of Australia may be subject to currency conversion, taxes (VAT etc), duty or other shipping, customs, import or other charges upon arrival. These amounts must be paid by the customer directly and we are not responsible/unable to reimburse any of these costs to you.
